1.About Feel More Energy
Feel More Energy is a wellness coaching application available on iOS, Android, and the web. It helps you track and improve daily energy through three pillars — Fuel (nutrition), Move (training), and Recharge (recovery) — with an AI coach (“Crea”) that personalises your experience.

2.Refund Policy
14-day full refund. If you cancel your subscription or delete your account within 14 days of your most recent payment, we will fully refund that payment. This window applies globally, including users in the EU/EEA and the UK (satisfying the GDPR Right of Withdrawal without a separate waiver checkbox at signup).
Outside 14 days: Subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing period. Cancelling stops future renewals — your access remains active until the end of the current period (or, when triggered by account deletion, terminates immediately).
Refund timing: Refunds are issued back to the original payment method and typically arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
How subscriptions work: All paid subscriptions are processed via Stripe Checkout on the web. Card data never touches our servers. The iOS and Android apps contain no in-app purchase flow — you subscribe via the web only.
How to cancel or request a refund: Cancel from within the app at Settings → Manage Subscription, or by emailing support@feelmoreenergy.com. Refunds within the 14-day window are issued automatically when you delete your account; outside that window, contact support.

Feel More Energy is not medical advice. The AI-powered analyses of blood work, MRI imagery, nutrition, and training are for educational and wellness purposes only. The App is not a medical device, is not registered with the FDA, MHRA, COFEPRIS, or any other medical regulator, and does not provide clinical diagnoses or treatment recommendations.
Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for any decisions about your medical care. Do not disregard or delay seeking professional medical advice because of anything you read or are shown in the App. If you believe you may have a medical emergency, call your local emergency number immediately.
